HTC latest phone has leaked via mobifrance site, the cell phone known as the HTC Rome, but it is called HTC Touch.B. The phone is reportedly use Windows Mobile 6.5 but others say its use Android OS version of the HTC Touch 2.

According to sources, they have not received further news than some of the images obtained, and they reportedly will get the details of this phone tomorrow.

This phone looks to use the touch screen without a keyboard, similar to the HTC Touch2. We will wait for further news of this phone.
