Sony Ericsson mobile phone has presented the Xperia Acro in Japan or known as Xperia Arc outside Japan. For the Japanese market Sony Ericsson has added some nice features such as mobile TV, mobile wallet (NFC) which allows us to make payments using the Acro device.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro comes with 4.2 inch touch-sensitive screen with BRAVIA Engine Mobile display technology, 8.1-megapixel camera technology, “Exmor R for mobile” which makes this smartphone possible to capture images in a very low light conditions and can record 720p HD quality video.

This phone also has a HSDPA, WiFi, GPS, accelerometer feature, a digital compass. Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro is using Android operating system and custom UI 2.3 Gingerbread.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Acro will be present in the Japanese market this summer and available in black and white. There is no official price for it yet.

Samsung has released a Galaxy player media player by opening pre-orders in South Korea last February. This device which has similar design like a Galaxy S cell phone is transformed into a media player. The specs also not so much different with Galaxy S such as 4 inch LCD Screen, 3.2MP camera, 1GHz processor, ront camera, T-DMB, GPS, HD video player, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro SD slot, and 1200 mAh battery.

Not only that, now Samsung is launching a similar product with larger 5 inches screen. This media player is called Samsung Galaxy Player 70, this product is an extension of the previous Galaxy player. Samsung Galaxy Player 70 will run the Android OS 2.2 Froyo and AMOLED Super Plus screen.

For now Samsung Galaxy Player 70 is available only for South Korean market, but it is likely to be launched in other countries too.

ViewSonic Android ViewPad 7 Review

Viewsonic has officially announced its first tablet products ViewPad 7 yesterday. This tablet uses the Android OS 2.2 and will make its debut at IFA 2010 and soon will be appeared in England.

These tablets use touch-screen 7-inch non-capacitive, front VGA camera, and the 3MP camera on the back. In addition there is a SIM card slot for 3G connectivity, plus Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and VoIP. This makes it as one of the largest mobile phone and looking ‘different/weird’ when used for ordinary phone.

ViewSonic also say that this tablet supports handwriting recording that seemed to be supported with the stylus. The price was pegged at under 350 pounds (around 4.9 million rupiah exchange rate £ 1 = Rp. 14 000). There is no time information availability for this tablet but is expected in October 2010 after a month later.

Motorola will launch the Motorola Flipout, a cellphone that uses Android operating system with features MOTOBLUR v2.1, has a flip out design and not a conventional slider. Square that can be played and use QWERTY keyboard.
Motorola Flipout is rumored to be a specification of 3.1 MP camera, 2.8-inch screen size, 512 MB ROM, 256 MB RAM, GPS, and 700 MHz processor speed.

LG Electronics continued to improve their innovation, this can be seeen by looking at their latest cellphone products, LG Wine Phone III. This cell phone is designed with special features that can help blind peoples. The third largest mobile phone maker in the world announced that the phone was able to demonstrate to the blind, the phone menu, and SMS messages.

LG add voice recognition function of TTS (Text to Speech) on the Wine Phone III. LG  said that the phone was a  huge success in carrying out construction for voice calling, search menu, and voice dialing,.

This gadget has been provided on the keypad buttons that allow the blind to easily find and type letters. Wine Phone III users can download audio books on their mobile phone via an electronic library, which is run by the LG Library Sangnam.

A smart phone with Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system recently launched by LG. This Smartphone called GW820 aka LG Expo has the complete ability with sophisticated design. There is 1 GHz processor (probably Snapdragon), fingerprint sensor, and (optional) Pico Projector.
