HTC Desire HD Coming in October 2010

According to newest rumors in the internet, HTC is working on a successor of the HTC Android phone called HTC Desire HD. Though the new HTC Desire itself will be launched in America next month.

HTC Desire HD, will have an Android 2.2 Froyo, 4.3-inch screen, 8MP camera that can record HD video, 4GB Internal memory XviD video support, interface Sense, SRS Surround Sound, and the processor 1GHz Snapdragon. This phone is also rumored to be having a similar aluminum unibody design with HTC Legend. Desire HTC HD is also reportedly has another name that is HTC Ace.

HTC Desire HD expected to be released in October 2010. Is HTC Desire HD really being prepared HTC?

Samsung Android i5801 Review

Android phones Samsung i5800/i5801 some time ago had reportedly appeared on the Internet. This time the phone is present in a video format that is shown by howardchui.com. This model is similar to the Galaxy A which has been first launched in the USA.

Samsung I5800/5801 will be equipped with Android OS 2.1, 3G support, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0, 3MP camera, 240×400 screen resolution (not confirmed), 3.5mm audio jack, and MicroSD slot. Looking from the specifications, it seems this phone will be successful as a cheap Android phone together with Samsung Galaxy Spica which had already sold.

Currently no further information about the launch and the price will dibanderol for Android mobile phone low end, probably will have a competitive enough price later.

Motorola will launch the Motorola Flipout, a cellphone that uses Android operating system with features MOTOBLUR v2.1, has a flip out design and not a conventional slider. Square that can be played and use QWERTY keyboard.
Motorola Flipout is rumored to be a specification of 3.1 MP camera, 2.8-inch screen size, 512 MB ROM, 256 MB RAM, GPS, and 700 MHz processor speed.

This unique mobile phone will be available in three color options and will be launched next June, is not yet known who will be awarded for the price of this phone.

1. Browser

Since im a total geek, browsing is a must-do daily activity, keep update with the news, facebook wall-ing, youtube-ing are some of my favourites.

iPhone use Safari browser as its default browser, i like Safari browser, its super fast and very reliable also stable. But the problem is i can’t watch my favourite You Tube video’s there, because Safari browser still does not do Flash.

On HTC Hero im using Opera Mini and Dolphin browser. Dolphin browser is awesome with its use of Tabs and Gestures, its load faster than Safari browser, support Flash so you can watch You Tube and many other cool stuff that browser should do.

2. Personalization

The HTC Hero allows us to configure our desktop phone screen to look exactly how we want it. Of you’re a social networking geek, you can have a screen for Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr, Friendster, etc. If you’re a business user, you can configure the screen with contacts, calendar, mail (gmail), email, RSS feed, note and much more.

For iPhone? Hmmm, not much to do with it, the possibilities are endless with the Android phone

3. Connectivity
On one of the “pages” of my Hero desktop, I have four buttons:
•   Turn on/off bluetooth
•   Turn on/off Wifi
•   Turn on/off Mobile Network
•   Turn on/off GPS
These buttons let you instantly switch on or off the various connectivity options, which will go a long way toward conserving battery life. There is also an app in the Market called Y5, which will turn off Wi-Fi automatically when no known wireless network is available. To do any of this on the iPhone, you have to go into the Settings screen and navigate your way around the various options.

The MYTOUCH 3G is the second T-Mobile smartphone to run Google’s Android mobile operating system. The $200 phone has much going for it, a lightweight design, gorgeous screen, and the 1,5 update to Android, but its not without flaws.

Sleek and elegantly curved, the myTouch 3G measures 4.6 by 2.2 by 0.5 inches and weighs 4.1 ounces, a pocktable size. Nice design touches include the well-cut, light-up navigation buttons under the screen and the deep well around the navigation trackball. And you can access the microSD Card slot without removing the battery. However, the device is prone to showing fingerprints, especially on its screen.

Some critical buttons are unduly small and close together. Often i inadvertently hit the power instead of the back button. Another miss is the on-screen touch keyboard. The more i used the myTouch, the more i longed for a phisical keyboard, as on the G1. Yes, i could do some limited typing with one hand, and i liked the haptic feedback as i pressed a key, but overall i thought the keyboard was too tightly packed. Going back to fix typos was harder that o would have liked, also.

The phone now has integrated universal search, on the Web or within individual application. Android 1.5 can record and upload video and pictures to Youtube and Picasa, and play video on MP4 and 3 GP formats. You can also add widgets to the home screen.

Android 1.5 also has stereo Bluetooth support, and lets you copy and paste from within the browser. You get integrated Google Voice Search, too, but i found its accuracy haphazard.

The myTouch 3G has a lot to like, but i can’t help its lack of a physical keyboard. The software keyboard just doesn’t cut it for long messages and e-mail.

What i like the most is the design, its veri sleek, clean, and very very sexy !

With this phone, you will easily combined the phone touch dial pad with your contact list. The music player also great, we can finger swipe though your music queue forward or back via album covers without leaving song info/touch control screen, while the current song plays on.

Web pages always seem to fit within the screen — and if you pinch-in to zoom, the text reflows again, even if you rotate the Hero from portrait to landscape. And obviously Sprint’s superior and swift EV-DO 3G network leaves AT&T’s sputtering in its supersonic wake.

HTC HD 2 Leaked

HTC reportedly was preparing the successor Touch HD smartphone, namely HD 2 Touch. However, for this HD 2 HTC Touch, HTC does not carry the Windows Mobile OS, but rather to the Google Android operating system, which had existed on the G1 device, HTC’s latest Magic and the HTC Hero.

It seems gradually, HTC began to leave the Windows Mobile and switch to the adoption of Android. For now most of the HTC smartphone models equipped with Qualcomm’s 528MHz chip, but for the HTC Touch is different HD 2.

HTC claims that the HTC Touch smartphone HD 2 will be able to run faster than previous models, and supported by a 628MHz Qualcomm chips. No significant changes in the HTC Touch HD 2.

This phone will have the same screen with the previous model, namely the HTC plus size features 3.8-inch touchscreen. For official dates and further specification will be notified later.

Since the Android operating system supports only type HVGA and QVGA screen, we assume that this smartphone will use the Android operating system 2.0. And this means, we can predict that by 2010, Android operating system will become popular.
