1. Setting up the GPS Com Port on your Samsung i780

• Click START-SETTINGS-SYSTEM

• Click EXTERNAL GPS
• 

• Change GPS Program Port (default: GPD1) To COM8
• 

• Let the GPS Hardware Port stayed at COM9
• 

• Let the “V” sign on “Manage GPS Automatically”
• 

2. The second step is to activate enhanced GPS  on your Samsung i780

• Click START-SETTINGS-SYSTEM
• 

• Click Enhanced GPS
• 

• On option menu, choose XTRA Enable, Click Enable
• 

• The on XTRA Data Download option, Let your cellphone downloading ephemeris data satelit
• Done !
