How To Check IPhone Model Number :
Press : Settings > About > Model XX000YY
Example : MA712LL, this means that this iPhone distributed in USA, how would i know? Well, the last 2 digits from the model number are distributor country code. LL is country code for USA.

Hint :
- If there’s a V sign on the column “Locked to Carrier” means that your IPhone distributed in a locked condition by a particular operator.
- If there’s a V sign on the column “Carrier offers authorized unlocking” means that your IPhone distributed distributed in a locked condition by a particular operator but the operator has access rights for the iphone unlock unlocking with additional costs so that customers can choose other operators.
- If there’s a V sign on the column “Locked to Carrier” dan “Carrier offers authorized unlocking” means that your iPhone distributed in a locked condition by a particular operator.
- Without V sign on the column “Locked to Carrier” and “Carrier offers authorized unlocking” means that your iPhone distributed in a condition not locked by any operator.
